Originally from the UK, Alex has been at sea since his cadetship in 2014, gaining experience across cruise ships, offshore vessels, and ferries before transitioning to yachting in 2019. With a decade of experience and over 40 successful charters to his name, he has worked his way up from OOW to Chief Officer and now holds a Chief Mate 3000 licence and Master 3000 modules. Alex brings a practical, hands-on approach to leadership—he enjoys getting stuck in with the deck team and values teamwork, communication, and maintaning high morale. Known for his proactive attitude, he is equally comfortable on the bridge or leading deck operations. Outside of work, he is an active adventurer with a passion for watersports, skiing, rugby, and travel. Always eager to grow, Alex is committed to professional development and adding value to his team.
